Inflation in UK falls to 2.8%

Inflation has fallen to 2.8%, down from 3.1%. This has been accompanied with slight fall of prices, and takes some of the pressure off the Bank of England, the national institution in charge of setting the interest rate, which presently stands at 5.5%.
